   Comments: This handling of this lady's case is outrageous and it needs to be escalated right up to the President's office. The death penality is quite simply wrong. It is barbaric. Get it wrong and it is irreversible. With the kind of trial Linda Carty is saying she had, she should not even be in prison. Come on America, lets see a some real justice.

   Comments: I believe this case shows only too well, the inadequacies of the death penalty, as the availability of good legal advice is all too often dependent on ability to pay, resulting in those who can pay being able to get lesser sentences than they deserve, and those who cannot, getting, as in this case, harsher sentences than anyone deserves. Freedom can be reinstated to the innocent, but life can never be returned.
