Name: Muriel Kelly on Feb 7, 2013Comments: Everyone at the very least deserves a fair trial. This is the basis of justice . To uphold this verdict is a travesty and a crime against humanity. America you need to look at yourself otherwise you are as bad as the brutal regimes which bring misery to their populations around the world.Flag

Name: Linda Carney on Feb 9, 2013Comments: The signing of this petition in no way diminishes the tragic loss of a child's mother, a wife, a sister or a friend. My heart goes out to those who grieve the loss of a loved one. However, until the American justice system has a basis in morality as opposed to outcomes based on the ability to pay and the manipulation of protagionists from the implicated, the jurers, the naive and the disenfranchised members of society, the death penalty is an inappropriate punishment, in my opinion.Flag
