    Comments: She is british and we do not use the death penalty in England. I believe there is more than reasonable dought that she is guilty and that she didn't recieve a proper defence. It is also very unfair that she has not been granted a re-trail with the laywer that is working for her for free and actually believe's that she is innocent. I think that at least her sentance should be changed to life instead of death pentalty

    Comments: Disgraceful when justice is'nt carried out fairly and by namely a first world country USA. This Woman's life should be spared at least until she has been given a fair trial and hearing along with the evidence gathering and a proper investigation. Her Lawyer given his awful record with people receiving the Death Penalty should also be thoroughly examined and struck off if it shows of shoddy and poor practicise. So please reconsider and give Linda Carty another chance to clear her name and a good defence at least.
