    Comments: Truly an AMAZINGLY botched and invalid trial of a British citizen under incompetent legal representation who failed to offer any reasonable defence whatsoever. Amongst the bizarre legal failures, her defence allowed a jury to believe unchallenged that a pair of blunt bandage scissors were evidence of Linda Carty's intent to cut a baby out of a woman's stomach. This is just the tip of the iceberg as to why this death penalty conviction is unsound and should not be allowed to stand. Linda Carty deserves to have her legal fate decided by a proper, balanced trial under competent legal representation.
