Let's not execute someone because they were let down by a bad defence lawyer who clearly should not be practising law anymore. There is too much doubt surrounding this case. If anything Linda Carty should be giving a re-trial and supported by better lawyers. It is our duty as citizens of the world to question and call for miscarriages of justice to be put right. Please listen and take note.

    Comments: This is a very sad situation. A young mother lost her life and a young child was abducted. My heart goes out to this family. After looking into this case there are many areas that don't add up for the accused to have done the crime. Only this lady and God know what really happened in this case and if she is in fact innocent which seems the more likely outcome in this case then how can we as human beings allow a woman to die because of an injustice in the legal system? If she is guilty, then killing her too won't make the world a better place. How could taking another life ever be a positive outcome? Is execution really the answer for someone who may be innocent, haven't we learnt that lesson in previous cases that are found innocent after the fact. Were they able to bring them back because of human error???? NO! I just pray that this person's life is spared and the sentencing to death would be revoked to life in prison. I will be praying for the family of the innocent lady that lost her life that they would find justice and healing without the death of this woman. May the truth and justice prevail!
