Name: Sonia Peacock on Jan 12, 2013Comments: If she is guilty, then I fully support the punishment that best suits the crime. This case was a shambles from start to finish. Give the woman a fair trial AND I AM CONFIDENT the truth will out and she will be found innocent. After all, from what information I am aware of, it was purely on the word of crooks (who were saving their own skin) that there was ever a trial at all. Shame on you Texas!Flag

Name: James Barry on Jan 16, 2013Comments: I have watched the Channel 4 Documentary, 'The British Woman on Death Row' and from the evidence presented it would appear that Linda was not adequately represented at her trial and that her lawyer omitted many material facts. Please reprive this woman in the name of common sense and justiceFlag

Name: Jennifer Nesbitt on Jan 16, 2013Comments: The state of Texas has no right to execute the life of Linda Carty. It is appalling that evidence which had been highlighted has not been taken into account on her behalf - the lack of effort and professionalism in handling the case of the determination of someones life by the original defence, the lack of support from the DEA she was working for etc. Something needs to be done. It is barbaric way of behaving, by ending the life of another. The death penalty will not bring back those who fall ill to the actions of those who were not in the right state of mind to make any sorts of decisions.Flag

Name: Samantha Defoe on Jan 16, 2013Comments: I believe that the legal representation for this lady was grossly inadequate. Her being involved in helping the authorities with convicting drug dealers has something to do with the total lack of justice she has received and her previous Lawyer was bought. What a terrible job he did in "defending" her. Not even wanting to get to know her or her background. How can the abductors of the victim not be on Death Row alongside her? This stinks very badly of a conspiracy and the US are disgraceful in their treatment of Ms Carty. THE CASE NEEDS TO BE RE-OPENEDFlag
