   Comments: Whether or not she was involved in this crime, she does not deserve to die. Absolutely disgusted with the way the state of Texas has handled this case, especially when procedures such as contacting the British government and looking into her background were not carried out. Linda Carty and her family, as well as the victim's family, deserve justice.

    Comments: What right do we as human-beings to decide if someone should be killed. After all capital punishment is something that is outdated and old fashioned. The state of Texas has failed Linda. She was not given a proper defence and the evidence against her is not enough to even convict her for life. What would ending her life achieve? Do the victims family really want this retribution when the state failed them as well as Linda Carty.
