Comments: A disgusting legal system...what Texas are doing is practically the same considering the appalling trial she was given...if she's ever proven innocent, and lets face it..she is..then the person who signed off on her MURDER should be given the same punishment.

Comments: I pray that justice will prevail and Linda will not be killed as a result of a legal process that contained such serious flaws. As a minimum she deserves the right to another fair trial.

Comments: Capital Punishment is never the answer, to take a life for another...an eye for an eye so to speak is simply giving the murderous hand back to the state. After all how is anyone supposed to learn if through punishing the criminal you repeat the very same act? It is old fashioned and outdated, for such a leader of the world you would have thought the democratic system would have progressed and not be stuck in the past. More evidence will always arise and in this case, it was not examined properly. How many more will have to die before the ludicrousness of this is seen?

Comments: i feel that the death sentance in this case is a massive miscarriage of justice. More so its barbaric, bless the british government for abstaining from it for ALL the reasons outlined in this single case; poor defense, her troubled life etc. I DO NOT know if she was guilty, BUT I KNOW 110% the mitigating circumstances mean a reprieve from death MUST and OBVIOUSLY be the right decision. Finally, as a British person it makes the American justice system look untrustworhy and a farce.

Comments: It doesn't matter in my eyes whether she is guilty or not, the fact that there is doubt and things not done properly mean that this is a crime as bad as the original, maybe worse! Take her off death row PLEASE! At least to reinvestigate and either send her to jail or home.
