    Comments: It is irrelevant to me what nationality Linda Carty is. What is relevant is that it is quite clear she was not represented adequately and as a result could well lose her life. When process and red tape become more important than a person's life, then we may as well all give up now. Whether Linda is guilty or innocent, she deserves adequate legal counsel to ensure she receives a fair trial, which is not what happened. That alone, should be cause enough to not put her to death. If this woman dies because of all the inadequacies and incompetancies associated with her case, then we as the human race should hang our heads in shame. Do not put this woman to death. Give her a fair opportunity to clear her name. Give her the rights that she was deprived of the first time round. Yours sincerely Cornelia Brockhoff

    Comments: Linda did not recieve a fair trail. Her defence lawyer is a disgrace to the legal profession. Linda should not been on Death Row. Linda is entitled to a new trail. Linda was denied a fair trail. To be guilty of the crime she should have been found guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. Linda was denied that. Her public defender should be baned from being appointed as a public defender again. He took money to defend the charges against Linda . He failed to do that.
