Comments: My neighborhood hospital, LICH has served our family well in several emergencies, one involving a possible heart attack, another asthma, another an injury to a toddler in an accident and follow-up care, another a possible fracture after a sports injury to a violin playing teen on the day of a major recital. In all cases, the proximity was vital. We need this hospital to survive.

Comments: I and members of my family have received excellent health care at Long Island College Hospital. I believe that the reduction of LICH to less than a full-service hospital would be a great loss to the community

Comments: We need a hospital in our neighborhood that could provide us with services in our native language and provide us with the resources that we need like the Long Island college Hospital is doing. We need Long Island College Hospital to stay open for our neighborhood.

Comments: I am currently expecting, and have plans to give birth at LICH, and bring my baby to the pediatrics dept. there as well. I currently see my OB/GYN and our Family Practitioner at LICH, and appreciate the great treatment and convenient location. Please keep all services open and available to the community, as it is truly needed in the BOCOCA area. This is a neighborhood where people move to, to start and expand their families!
