Comments: Emperor Bloomberg and Cronies, stop blaming teachers for 'failing schools'. Try attacking the socio-eco reasons why kids fail. Here are some of other reasons why 'schools fail': chronic absenteeism, lack of control by guardians, lack of studying/HW, kids having to decide between surviving today and making a future for themselves. Your closing of schools and absurd teacher evals have 3 goals in mind, 1. get rid of veteran teachers and higher cheaper rookies in their place. 2. Get more teachers out of the retirement system. Y3. You do not have the kids best interests in mind, only to PRIVATIZE education. Charter schools are a scam and you know it. Lets see them succeed with the same student populations that regular public schools get. I can't wait until your 3rd ILLEGITIMATE term ends. It will be one big party in NYC. Go back to Boston, douchebag.
