The impact of West Ham or Tottenham moving to the Stadium will be huge, floating fans will be tempted by a more high-profile club and cheaper prices bought on by excess capacity. The Football League and Premier League have a rule that states: "The boards [The Premier League and Football League] shall only grant consent to a member Club to move to another ground which would not adversely affect Clubs having their registered grounds in the immediate vicinity of the proposed location." Leyton Orient must surely be classed as "in the immediate vicinity". Leyton Orient have appealed to both boards and neither have responded. No media coverage is given to us, this petition is in place and will be presented to the Football Association, the Football League, Premier League, Mayor of London Boris Johnson and those deciding the fate of the Olympic Stadium.
