754 Matthew GardinerNew urban policies to support artists are sorely needed in Melbourne. Support Kings.

756 Brandt McCookSmall businesses such as artist studios and spaces provide a diverse and rich range of experiences to both residents ahnd visitors of inner urban areas. These experiences contribute to making these areas desirable places to live and invest within. By ensuring that these small businesses are retained within the urban fabric we ensure that our Cities are placed on a long term and sustainable footing.

758 AnonymousDissappointing to see yet another Artist Initiative studio close down due to increase in rental ! The Cultural Arts scene is what makes Melbourne what it is. It is killing the Contemporary Arts scene.

763 Devin G.Besides the Tonight Show NBC has nothing without Kings. Whoever pushed the button to cancel this show needs to pull the rip cord on their golden parachute and let someone with a pair make programming decisions!

776 Jason BrayThe cast of Kings is as motivational as they are believable. Bravery and loyalty are possibly the shows 2 strongest motifs, Is it too much to ask for the same from NBC? Is it too much to ask for a show that is motivational, creative, and entertaining? Unfortunately, I fear for the youth of this nation, our so called "TV Babies". Without shows like "Kings" who will they model themselves after? Possibly they will eat enough McDonalds to procure themselves a spot on the newest season of "The Biggest Loser", or perhaps they will take to the dramatic personalities of drugged up, has been typecast actors. If the children of tomorrow are to be raised by our mainstream media then I demand action!! We need role models like Captain Shepard. Role models that can teach our great nation to have faith and about the cost of liberty, but most importantly the virtues of loyalty.

788 vlad kosaI LOVE KINGS, THE ONLY SHOW WORTH WATCHING SINCE 2000
789 Craig HunterCancelling Kings is a shortsighted move. It is about time that NBC as well as other networks ditch the Neilson Ratings as they are obviously not reflective of the spending power and watching audiences it attracts. The money made on DVD and Blu Ray sales alone are more than enought to keep this show going. It was finally an adult show with a wonderfully dark and interesting storyline with great actors (you should have been doing anything possible to keep these actors notably Deadwood and Oz alumni.) I as well as many of my friends are simply getting to the point that we no longer are interested in network television, simply because of this type of - rightwing influenced shortsighted decision making. And no we will not continue to purchase half seasons of shows you yank to make middle america happy. You have taken another step to distroying what little is left of your reputation. If it can it should be brought back. If not this decision is simply another reason to stay very clear of NBC and its sponsors. Sincerely, Craig Hunter
