| 701 | Anonymous | There is no ethical basis to such a substantial rent increase. Shelter is a human right which must not be interrupted by speculative investment. |

| 722 | tina tran | Kings ARI is a great source for emerging artists to showcase their work. I believe it should remain affordable to preserve the melbourne art culture. If Kings ARI is not protected from a 50% rate increase, it may allow other spaces and studios to be further closed down. |
| 723 | Derek Sutherland | I am an artists currently based in Scotland hoping to come to Australia specifically to visit Kings artist-run initiative. I feel organisatins like this play an important part in establishing cultural connections across borders between individuals and institutions. |

| 738 | colleen boyle | So many greedy people in Melbourne real estate these days. What an increase! Not a reasonable percentage by any means. |

| 740 | Anonymous | Kings ARI is a not-for-profit arts organisation and is a valuable part of the Melbourne CBD creative community and plays an important part in cultural development of Melbourne by supporting some of the best emerging and established artists working in Melbourne and across Australia.
I strongly oppose and disagree with your unfair decision to raise the rent of 171 King St, Melbourne by nearly 50%.
Please reconsider your decision, my voice is just one of many who want Kings ARI to stay at 171 King Street.
Sincerely,
Concerned artist. |

| 744 | Jessica | Kings is one of the longest running and successful art spaces in Australia, to be the instigator of its demise would be shameful. |
| 745 | Anonymous | Do not raise the rent, please!!! This gallery and ones like it need to be supported not evicted. |

| 748 | Emil Jeyaratnam | As a non-profit artist run space, such a rate increase is unreasonable. The CBD needs such premises; not just commercial and large galleries. 48% is a substantial increase. |
