On June 23rd 2011 there is a Liquor Board Hearing to hear the proposal to expand Rylieghs Oyster Bar's Liquor License to include 38 East Cross St. That Address is currently occupied by the restaurant "No Way Jose Cafe". The owner of Rylieghs is attempting to purchase that address even though it is currently occupied by No Way Jose. Jose's has the right to first refusal per their lease with the owner of 38 East Cross St. The owner of Rylieghs is attempting to get around that lease through the court system. The Operators of Joses have taken steps to prevent this through legal action. This petition is to prevent Rylieghs Oyster Bar from expanding its Liquor License to 38 East Cross St until the above issue is settled through the legal system.
