Comments: Please do not close the Johnson Valley OHV area or use it for military training. I Fully support the efforts of our military but I do not think that the JV OHV area needs to be taken away from Tens of thousands of off road enthusiasts when there are other areas that the Marines could use instead. I look forward to more future use of the JV OHV area with my family and friends. Sincerely, John Mathys

Comments: Johnson Valley needs to stay open! This is a sport that is growing and places like this keep getting closed. It is happening on the East coast area where I live and now it is happening to the West coast.

Comments: PLEASE understand that if you remove this unique OHV area, you WILL see a significant rise in illegal offroad activity. It's common sense that if you remove the LEGAL places to offroad, then people will most likely use alternate means for recreation.

Comments: To whom it may concern, Although I have never been to Johnson Valley, it is an integral part of OHV recreation in the state of california and I wish to be able to visit the area one day. The acquisition of this area will not only remove a treasure from public access, it will most likely destroy it beyond anything the OHV community has. Please do not consider taking away this family oriented get away.

Comments: My family uses the Johnson Valley OHV area regularly. It has been our favorite 4wheeling destination for many years. It would be a huge disappointment to loose that opportunity. There is no other place available for us to go that compares to Johnson Valley.
