I personally hate commercials. Also, there are some of us that can’t afford i-pods and such types of devices due to the fact we might have teenagers and every stink’n dime we make goes to them…between music, computers and cloths you just can’t win. The radio stations broadcasted in peoples' cars are the same way. The only problem is that there are so many limited stations with limited catergories of songs to hear. I hail from listening to Keichii, the anime/j-pop/etc. internet radio. I try to hear songs that interest me and even different animes where I hear great music frequently from. Then, as I'm not one of those major free-download searchers, I buy my music off official online stores who import the music. Occasionally, I find some songs on the iTunes store that I can purchase for a lower price! If I was hurting the music industry, I wouldn't be signing this petition... and that's the opinion coming from a highly educated 15-year-old male...The higher-ups in the government are really ignorant... I would think, being a great passionate singer myself, along with other talents I have, that a great profit, though necessary, is not the most important thing about music. It's spreading your love of what you do to others to pick up the same ideals... Really... and isn't this kind of like way back in France with the esates...?
