The campaign has already started as the driving club based at the pool faces closure in Aug 11, their petition is going well and now we have an online one to support the paper one. Hello my name is Andrew, I have taken all of my 5 children swimming at immarsh every Sunday afternoon for longer than I care to remember. The children have all had birthday parties there, joined various clubs and learnt how to ride a bike in the grounds. I like having the place on my doorstep, I like the fact that there are students up and down the road all day and I don’t care about parking issues as I bought a house near a Uni campus I knew what to expect. The campaign has already started we wish to stand with the staff as they think about their future, their jobs, their careers their houses.....please send the link to the web page, please join the facebook and sign the petition, as a community we have a voice I hope the VC of JMU will listen to us.
