    Comments: What a farce! Probably one of the best series on the BBC - cancelled. Ideal was a truly well written comedy - maybe not to every bodies taste. But over the series, Graham Duff has grown into a very talented writer - with good acting and well rounded characters. Whilst the powers that be feel it appropriate to carry on making brainless programs "cash in the attic" / "Don't tell the bride" / "Barely legal drivers"... In the years to come, history will reflect on programs like BBC's Ideal & Channel 4's Peep show as timeless cult classics. Whilst Russell Howard - who more ashamedly is still on the BBC payroll - will become forgotten.. People like Russell Howard are just fashionable right now - he's not talent or doing anything new - which isn't what the BBC should stand for! The BBC should be nurturing true talent & not following trends.. BRING BACK IDEAL!! BRING BACK IDEAL!! STOP MAKING POOR TV LIKE "CASH IN THE ATTIC" / "DON'T GET DONE GET DOM".... !!!!STOP IT!!!!!!!

    Comments: I have all the series of Ideal on DVD series 1-7 i don't watch much tv prefer to just buy the DVD's i then did a google search to purchase the 8th series & found out it stopped being made at series 7 i am gutted it was a fantastic show. please bring it back!!
