| 101 | Patrick Spinks | The historical and unique factors of maintaining the studios as they are trump any development plans. LA has few enough connections to the past to allow this slice of history to be destroyed forever. |

| 107 | Jason Reynolds | I have artists I work with record at the Capitol Studios and will echo all comments about its brilliance. It is a treasure in this city & everything possible should be done to insure its integrity. |

| 113 | james garrigus | That studio is an irreplaceable piece of Hollywood musical history and we can't let a mad rush to develop Hollywood into "Condowood" destroy it. |

| 118 | Andy Chase | I live in Hollywood and see the changes daily. Surely there is another use for the old KFWB site. I think we all are fully aware of the questionable behavior of the CRA on past projects, such as the Florintine Gardens night club site and the shelter planned for Hollywood and Gower, let's not destroy one of the remaining icons of Hollywood. Also, why would the city want to do this to Capitol Records after they agreed not to move and improve their own site several years ago? |
| 119 | Ron McMaster | Save our musical history and save the wonderful sounding Capitol echo chambers before it's too late!
Otherwise it's the end of an era....forever! |

| 134 | Odea Murphy | Not only will recording be disrupted or stopped during construction but the condo blocks view of and dwarfs the Capitol Records building. Can't the city find someone who will put the property to better use?
thanks,

| 135 | elizabeth Multer | This is my favorite building in Los Angeles and represents the city's influence on pop culture. How can the Council let it be endangered?
Thank you. |

| 138 | Steve Morgan | This is a historical landmark which should be preserved in any manner necessary. Do not allow this to occur, as it would be a detriment to the music industry and community. |
| 139 | Terri Sayama | |
| 140 | David benson | please save thisimportant tool! |
| 141 | Harold Guilfoil | Please stop this project from moving ahead. We have so few landmarks in LA as it is |
| 142 | T. Kevin Sayama | Honorable Council,
Part of the power and beauty of the Capitol Records building is the space around it necessary to admire it... While I worked on the Griffith Observatory, and had the opportunity to see the Capitol Records building in context, it became clear to me that it's one of the landmark buildings that make "Hollywood" a place, much as Griffith Observatory and the Hollywood sign do for the entire city of Los Angeles.
Please preserve the portions of Hollywood, and Los Angeles, that allow us to have an architectural, and shared cultural history that is embodied in the place that is Hollywood (physical and psychic). We need to keep our identity through a preservation of the whole environment, and the Capitol Records building is a key element for that...
Thanks for your attention,
T. Kevin Sayama |

| 148 | Anonymous | Please don't throw away this vital treasure of our History. It is something that cannot be replaced and we must save it for future Angelenos as well as visitors the world over. This is one of the landmarks of the recording industry. Please please halt this project now. |
| 149 | Bunni Wojnar | SAVE THE STUDIO!!! |
| 150 | Anonymous | I think its worth it to save this bldg. It has undeniable historical significance and could serve as a museum in the future. |
