| 1004 | CONNIE HAMMOND | Please preserve Capitol as it is. |
| 1005 | Deborah Pietruska Nathan | Overdevelopment in Los Angeles is already rampant without regard to environmental impact or historical preservation. It is no secret that the real estate developers have sweetheart deals with the LA City government. These out-of-control developers and their greed must be stopped for the good of the community at large. |

| 1007 | Shirley Greene | The Capitol Records building is an iconic building, known throughout the world, not only for it's shape but for it's facility and it should be protected at all cost. |

| 1013 | Anonymous | Please, please, please, do whatever is necessary to stop the construction of this project. Not only will this hamper / destroy the sound environment for Capitol Records, but it will also put more people / congestion / pollution into an already over-crowded Hollywood.
We need fewer people in all of our large cities. With time, natual attrition will handle over-population in any situation. This will help to ease the living and working conditions of large cities like Hollywood. The last thing needed is the influx of more people. STOP THE BUILDING, INCREASE THE QUALITY OF LIFE !!!! |
| 1014 | Teresa James | Please consider the significance of the historic (and still effective) echo chambers and the landmark architecture when considering this new building project. Condos come and go, but the Capitol Building and its amazing underground is unique and world reknowned (and irreplaceable). |
| 1015 | Leilani Simmons | The Capitol Records Tower IS one of the LAST great Hollywood landmarks symbolizing the history of music and music making. Do the lyrics 'Pave paradise, put up a parking lot' mean anything? |
| 1016 | Jim Elyea | A very import issue here is that one business does not have the right to advance its cause at the expense of another, non-competing business. |
| 1017 | Toni Pace Carstensen | Please stop this new overdevelopment horror! |

| 1024 | Doug Perkins | The Capitol Records Building is one of the only truly recognizable & memorable music monuments in LA and as such should be preserved. |
| 1025 | JAMES GREY | PLEASE PROTECT AND PRESERVE OUR MUSIC CULTURE HISTORY BY REJECTING THIS DEVELOPMENT. THANK YOU. |
| 1026 | Richard Levinson | For all of the above reasons and more, no building should be constructed on this site. |

| 1033 | Brian Panella | It is a terrible shame that the greed and avarice shown by the agressive Developers in this City appear to always be "rubber stamped" for approval by our City and County Politicians, to the detriment of our cultural, geographic and archtectural history; in the "City of the Angels"! It might be interesting to ascertain how much and to how many this latest Hollywood Developer "contributed", to the respective campaign coffers of our "honorable" Politico's.
The Capitol Records Building and it's unique and internationally renowned recording studios are an historic element in what makes "Hollywood" an Internationally recognized and respected City! Hollywood's remarkable history and contributions to the world of Music, Film and Television are treasured by all! To damage the physical integrity, or potentially destroy the legendary, landmark Capitol Records Tower; would be a Crime!

| 1034 | Rebecca Rienks | I am consistently shocked by how "progressive" this city aims to be with its loft high rises and organic, carbon-neutral macrobiotic coffeehouses, when we, collectively, don't seem to strive for excellence where it counts - in preserving the history behind a city like no other, LOS ANGELES. Capitol Records Tower is a vital component of not only the essence of Hollywood, but the essence of popular music itself. To see it tread upon in exchange for yuppie condos and coveted underground parking should be viewed as an abomination by EVERYONE, not just music fans. |

| 1045 | Marc Mann | The Music & Recording Industry has always been an important part of the history and community of Los Angeles. Capitol Records Studio is a world-renowned facility with a legacy of legendary recordings by famous artists and musicians that have contributed to our culture and entertainment. For the future of recorded music, and for the connection to the history embodied in this builing and studio, please keep this landmark facility from being adversely affected by any construction projects that would compromise the functional use of Captiol Recording Studios. What a great loss it would be if this studio was no longer usable. |

| 1048 | Julia Betley | Please do not destroy this amazing landmark. |
