| 204 | Jeremy Combs | That sucks, Carter. Hidden is famous. The city should treat it like they do Sheep. |

| 214 | Bruce Glick | Hey Carter, I'm one of those 40+ dudes that rides, and I live in H.B. I've ridden Hidden Valley many times and what you claim about the underage drinkers and bums is accurate. It perplexes me to think why H.B. can't designate some land for riders seeing how they spent a ton of money on not one but two skate parks, in addition to a multi million dollar sports center that I swear every time I drive by that place it looks deserted. If you were to take a poll of how many people own and ride bike in the city I think you would see that it out numbers the people who surf 100 X over, so maybe we should rename H.B. "Bike city"
Didn't mean to start a new petition but issues like this fire me up.

| 225 | Billy Patterson | Save these trails so the people have some place to ride. Thanks. |
| 226 | mark weggeman | ploughing the jumps will not solve the problem cause the people that dig and ride arent the ones who make the place a mess or cause trouble...the jumps are like a second home to the riders...who would do such things to their homes?
As far as I know , the problem comes from local youth and hobos that have nothing to do with bicycle riding....when the jumps are gone they won't leave...the place will give even more anonimity than with the jumps and even more bad things might happen.
Please realize that bulldozing the trails won't have the desired effect and it'll only hurt young (and old) sportsmen doing something positive with that place. |

| 233 | Matthew Paterson | Why should honest, tax paying citizens be blamed for the bad actions of a few, who are not even affiliated with the area? The jumps are there not only as a recreational area, but for young riders to hone their talents and maybe progress in a sport which is worth millions of dollars to the US every year. Why would a council want to jeopardize this for some homeless people who shouldn't be there to begin with. Better management of the area, possibly a perimeter fence, even a membership basis may be a position to start with. The community needs to learn the difference between kids who just want to ride a bike, hang out, and learn a good life ethic from their peers, to young, wreck-less hooligans who just want to cause trouble. For the sake of the young riders in the local community I hope this area is allowed to stay open. Thank you. |

| 236 | Tony | This place has been there since I was a kid!, the land is not suitable for homes, get a geotech report done and you better get a qualified Environmental Consultant to have that place even touched! |
