Please share your comments here:: When I first heard about this petition I was rather skeptical about the whole thing, but I must admit that Mr. Shindle is not simply a disgruntled neighbor complaining about the aesthetics of the tank. I have no real objection to having the tank in "my back yard" since it seems to be aesthetically and enviromentally acceptable, but Mr. Shindles points should not be taken lightly. I certainly hope that you will give consideration to his concerns and make a decision that will, in the long run, not cause more harm than it will do good.

I believe with Dave that increasing pressure on this project just sets a precident to increase on the next project. the pipes downtown being old, shouldn't be subjected to any additional stress. I bought a new house in hagerstown 2 years ago and i would like the same service I have had for the last 24 months. I dont want to come home to busted pipes from this added pressure in the system and I'm sure others agree.
