Google Health is currently the best Personal Health Record (PHR) website. Google has anounced that this free service will be discontinued at the end of 2011 because "it didn't catch on". This will be a major loss. Many patients have entered their records online and rely on it for their own personal record keeping as well as permitting their health care providers easy access to their medical history.
