The GCCF cannot survive without an instant cash injection, the £15 maintenance fee would solve the problem, if necessary get your clubs to vote for 2 years, and reconsider after 2 years. In the meantime change the constitution and have membership fee to the GCCF, and then you could drop the maintenance fee. But first things first, save the GCCF, if you don't, the prefixes and titles won't be worth the paper they are written on.
