    Comments: It would seem that all responsibility for our infants is being delegated to the Flying start projects or private sector.NCC get £2000 from WAG for each child and are continually building extensions and taking more open space that children used to play on. It seems to be systematic in the way infants,junior,teenager and elderly facilities are being targeted when these facilities give grounding to a communities past ,present and future spirit and identity.Beggers beleif.
