By signing this petition, I agree, the law should state that any person(s) participating in mountain biking, BMX, or skateboarding accepts full responsibility for any and all injuries and/or death that may occure while participating in these activities. The landowner where said activities are occurring is not liable for any injuries and/or death of participants.
