You guys got luckey with Sam in SG1, but Elizabeth is a really nice twist on Sam for Atlantis. Bringing Sam into Atlantis was REALLY nice, but not at the cost of loosing Elizabeth. That was cheating and you probably lost more than you gained "in the long run".
If our movie finally gets off the ground and we can finally start casting and if Torri isn't under contract, I would like to submit her name for casting. |

Weir is one of the best characters of the show, she is a strong leader and her relationship with the other members of the team are just...remarkable. While I expect Woolsey to bring interesting elements to the show, it does not remotely approach the value of Weir. Please return her to the cast. It was a grievous mistake to go two seasons without her and it has cost the series too much already. |

She did an incredible job. I like Dr. Elizabeth Weir character a lot and definately much better than Robert Picardo's Dr. Woolsley character who has her job for season 5. Please change this to make stargate atlantis the best series ever again.

I don't understand why she left in the first place, but I think that without her, the show is lacking not only a superb person, but the relationships that she had with everbody. I, and I am sure many others would be really really happy if she came back at least as a regular cast member, however the writers deem fit to write her back in. She deserves more. |
