951 LindaI watch Stargate Atlantis because of the fine chemistry between the actual cast. And this is wonderful. I was already not too happy when I heard that AT is joining the show, but I'm willing to give her a chance. But I definitely will not watch this show anymore, if Torri is leaving. She has such a wonderful chemistry with Joe and David and all the other actors. If this is gone, I'm gone. Therefore, please re-think the changes you have in mind.

975 AnonymousThe chemistry of the Atlantis cast is amazing. Especially the chemistry between the characters of Dr. Weir, John Sheppard and Rodney Mckay. The way the actors play off each other is amazing. Now we will be reduced to Mckay making googoo eyes at Carter. I suppose the demise of Dr. Beckett and the recurring status of Dr. Weir made room for the salary of Amanda Tapping. As one Stargate Atlantis fan has stated, "Stargate Atlantis will now become SG1: Atlantis. I guess we know where the Powers That Be's loyalty lies. Season 3 may very well be my final season of watching Atlantis. I'm very sad with the changes being made. Please don't mess with a good thing!

I only recently got into Stargate Atlantis, but after I having seen seasons 1 and 2 on DVD (in English, as I prefer the original language instead of the dubbed German ones) I have become sort of addicted. All the characters are well played and seem to fit together perfectly. Not to forget the amazing storylines. Elizabeth Weir is kind of my favourite character. She is determined of making Atlantis a success but at the same time always there for her team, caring for everyone and listening to them. In my opinion, turning her into a recurring character would make Atlantis loose its heart and soul. The mission was her idea and I don't think that any other character could ever be a substitute for her. Please keep her as a regular cast member! Best wishes from German, Diana

I know one of the only reasons I watch is for the great characters. Who's next? John? Rodney? Replacing characters is a huge risk. If you take away the favorites, you're going to lose fans. Add mroe characters, don't cut back. Geeze. I think I've said enough, but yeah, keep Torri, we love her!
