These people who were so "offended" should never turn on a rap/hiphop radio station cause this word is in numerous songs that I can think of just right off the top of my head....why arent they calling up record companies and complaining LEAVE THE DOG ALONE....THIS MAN HAS BEEN THROUGH ENOUGH !!!!!! If so; you guys really let me as a view down and are dumb. Get a grip; we love the show; this only shows the Chapman's to be normal people. If you feel he needs sensitivity training, then he will do that. The word was said in anger, at a time when he was truly frustrated that he could not get his point across to his son. As a parent, how many of us haven't gone through frustration and anger trying to get a child to understand what they are doing is wrong How many of us haven't said something in anger and frustration that we later regretted This conversation was a private call and should have remained just that. Duane is not a racist; he has helped many people of various races, including black people. He has given them second chances, third and forth chances too. Please give Duane a second chance, don't take this show off the air. Tim, Leland, Duane Lee, Beth and Lyssa didn't do anything to deserve to be punished along with Duane and this is exactly what is happening to them. They all do so much good for so many people and have changed countless lives just because they are on the air. Please give them a chance to save many more lives though it once again. Maybe, just maybe, they might be able to save someone YOU love. Thank you in advance!!!Flag

Name: Jessica Berg on Nov 2, 2007Comments: it is morally reprehensible the use of the N word as Chapman used, but I dont believe he should lose his show over it...it was stupid beyond belief, that's for damn sure, but what is being lost by taking away his show is perhaps one person thinking twice before they do something....as crazy as it sounds one can actually learn by the things the Mr. Chapman talks about with these criminals he apprehends...it's a show you can actually LEARN from....and plus, if we are giving Don Imus a pass, to return to the airwaves after he BLATANTLY offended an entire race (Chapman did NOT) then why would we consider taking his job away Chapman's comments were nowhere near the offensive level of Imus'...in my humble opinion.
