Free Garrett

The petition

We ask the State of Tennessee to drop case no. 06-45 against the defendent, David Allen Garrett Jr. or ask that his fine be reduced to $10.

Mr. Garrett was not a candidate in the 2006 primary election. Mr. Garrett did not receive or spend money in the 2006 election.

In your May 30th letter to Mr. Garrett, Drew Rawlins stated that the "public did not know whether [he] had received or spent funds when they voted in the primary election."

Did you ask the public Mr. Rawlins? Because if you came out to District 18 and had asked some individuals who know Mr. Garrett you would know he had received and spent no money. If you had visited Mr. Garrett's website, www.DavidGarrett.org, you would know he had received and spent no money.
