Terry KearnsTo whom it may concern. I very much hope the Crum and Foster Building at 771 Spring Street, Atlanta can be saved. Terry Kearns http://surf303.com/crum/
Laura Howard DePreeThis classically designed building is an architectural gem. This building is a critically important resource in our city and is in need of preservation. Even in its time this building was lauded as 'one of the finest of its kind in the south.' (AJC 12-11-1927)
William R. Mitchell Jr., SAF, Inc.I have been working with Jonathan LaCrosse to keep up to date on progress towards preservation of this important Ivey and Crook design, job number 176, 1926.

Jeremy RichPlease do NOT tear down this BEAUTIFUL building. It is a one of a kind in Atlanta and so few architectural gems still exist. A city with old and new buildings has charm and character. There are so many great uses this building could have rather than being a surface parking lot! We will never see another building anything like this be built ever again so please save it!

Joselyn SchutzSo tired of the ugly 1950s architecture Ma Tech has been reviving in the last 5 years. Didn't we learn from Van Leer? Beauty is timeless, but trendy will have to be torn down in 40 years. In the 90s, we were building beautiful buildings again (esp. the dorms); now we're back to hideous.

Valerie SticklesAs a Tech alum, I consider it vitally important for our campus to incorporate the surroundings of our institution instead of tearing down buildings - especially those designed by our destinguished alumni. Buildings like these not only celebrate the history of our city, but also celebrate the history of our Institute. Please do not demolish the Crum and Forester Building.
Dan GeistAs a Tech Alum, I would very much like to maintain the legacy of other talented Tech alumni rather than bulldozing every historic item and replacing it with lowest-bigger state of Georgia contracts garbage (read: nearly every building at tech built since 1995) or worse, replacing it with nothing of consequence.

Eric DabbsI was born and raised in Charleston, SC and the city goes the extra mile to preserve its historic buildings. The city of Atlanta should do the same.
