Comments: If the appeal is not allowed it will open the flood gates for people living close to any racing circuit to claim compensation. This could be the end of motorsport in the UK

Comments: As the local newspaper (Northern Scho) pointed out this would not be happening if the venue was a football club. We need to value our motor racing facilities as much as other sports.

Comments: the circuit has been there for years and has much money put into it to extend it and improve the facillities. One family should not be able to threaten its continuing operation, especially since I know from personal experiance the efforts the owners have made to work with local people

Comments: I really cannot understand the mentality of people who move next to a popular racetrack and are then surprised when they hear the sound of cars going around it. Croft should not suffer just because people cannot do basic research about the area they are moving into.

Comments: Anyone who moved into the immediate vicinity after the circuit was opened has no right to complain now. Those who were already tere should be more tolerant on the few weekends there is a noise.
