Sign to petition a request by Discovery Builders & Seeno Homes to convert an approx. 19.57-acre parcel at the south side of Red Top Road, west of the future Havenhill Road (Details can be found here: www.savecordelia.com) from a Commercial Zone to a Residential High Zone. If the city planners approve the zone change, Discovery Builders plan to build a 3-story, 324 unit apartment complex with 12 residential buildings.

The community will present this petition to the Planning Commission of the City of Fairfield at the public hearing to be held on Wednesday, December 8, 2010 at 7:00 pm to prevent the zoning change and preserve the community we live in.
