Nina Curtis | Please, please continue to fund this unique and valuable museum. Cogges Manor Farm Museum not only serves the local community, it is of recognised value nationally, and provides a valuable educational service to children and adults in Oxfordshire and surrounding counties.
Sue Edginton | I have been visiting Cogges Farm for twenty years with children and grandchildren, alerting friends, neighbours and acquaintances to its peaceful and natural beauty; taking them there and arranging informal visits and picnics. It would be an immeasurable loss if it was to be closed and its harmony of farmhouse, farm buildings and land was to disappear under housing estates, swamped by buildings and never again to be experienced as it has been by children with their parents or teachers absorbing a way of life so significant for us all from our pasts. It is a place we all go to often for something different is invariably happeningor because It is a place to be when it is just being itself and nothing special is going on. Please email me so that I can be involved in the campaign to secure the future of the Farm.
anita martin | Cogges is just the most wonderful place for people of all ages and it would be criminal and short sighted of the Council to have it closed down!

Vanessa Matthews | A valuable resource that we have visited many times and also schools visit for history trips - shame to let it go - there must be ways of raising funds
David Clark | Cogges is a unique resource for education and delight for children and grownups alike. Its buildings are unspoilt and show us how people lived and worked in the past and how they connected with the land.

Alison Collett | Don't close Cogges Farm! It's a wonderful assett to Witney!
Linda Page | Coggs is not only used by Witney but children from all over therefore it should be saved as a valueable educational site.

Karen Standfield | This is the most incredible local educational resource for both adults and children - Witney is short enough on opportunities like this as it is - please support Cogges Manor. You'll miss it when it's gone!
Anonymous | This valuable asset for families must be saved. We now have the second generation visiting Cogges Farm.

G Peters | This is a very valued local attaction that should be saved.
Cary Young |
Sara Iles | This is an invaluable for resource for locals and schools, for educating folk on the crucial role that animal husbandry and food production play in our lives. So often we are separated by plastic packaging from means and methods of production and this museum plays a key role in awareness. Also quite simply it is a fantastic place!
Tamsin Hartin | Cogges is a wonderful place to visit and a great asset to Witney. Closing this historic site for yet more new housing would be criminally short-sighted, and future generations of local children would suffer.

Anonymous | It would be an awful shame if Cogges closed. It is a site of enormous historical importance and appeals to visitors of all ages, and for groups seeking historcal research. It must NOT be closed or sold for yet more housing. It Is a calm oasis in the centre of an ever expanding Witney!!.
Anna West | The farm museum is a rare and valuable resource, it needs a helping hand, more investment, more things for children to do there, more animals but it must stay open, it's about Witney's heritage.
wendy perks | I am extremely disppionted at the thought of Cogges farm museum closing. I have many fond memories of the farm as a child and was very much looking forward to taking my two year old daughter to enjoy the same unique experiences. As a primary school teacher I have a strong feeling about making history real. The children at my school really enjoy a seeing things for themselves.
