   Comments: This riding school has been running for years and is used by many disabled people. 13 permanent and 14 part-time staff will lose their jobs, while around 40 horses will have to be re-homed or put down as many of them are too old and too institutionalised for change. The cost of running this riding school is very small. Please do not close it.

    Comments: Please keep this riding school open! It makes a huge difference to the children whose lives are enhanced by its work and it ensures that horse riding is not only for the wealthy. As a child, I couldn't afford to learn to ride horses; as a child in a dysfunctional family, animals were a crucial and life saving factor for me. Your stable is supplying that service to children who may not tell their stories but will be eternally grateful for this place of sanctuary and acceptance.

    Comments: This is a valuable community resource and there is no obvious case for closure as the saving would be minimal and many people wil lose their jobs. The centre also provides essential Riding for the Disabled facilities, an invaluable resource for some of the most disadvantaged in our community.
