Name: Polly Renwick on Jan 31, 2013Comments: Cardiff riding school turned my life around as a teenager I came from a poverty stricken home and a very poor high school, I was given the opportunity to make my dreams come true by becoming a groom for a showjumping yard..If it wasn't for the patience from the staff and the good nature from the ponies I would not be where I am today, horse riding is not just for the rich.. Please keep our school openFlag

Name: Eleri Cadogan on Jan 31, 2013Comments: Cardiff Riding School is a sanctuary in the middle of the city. It's an escape from the stresses of everyday life and I have some of the best memories of my life down there. The summers spent outside in the fields clearing jump after jump and the winters spent inside learning the finer details of becoming a good rider. The riding school staff and volunteers have done an outstanding job of looking after Maverick over the years and I couldn't think of anywhere else that he would be more loved and cared for.Flag

Name: Nicholas Merchent on Jan 31, 2013Comments: This is such a ridiculous idea to close what is obviously a worth while and important school. I frequently walk passed the centre and its a joy to see the horses and riders, my children in particular love the seeing the horses in the paddocks. It would be an utter travesty to lose this facility after 43 years. We should be supporting this kind of venture not stopping it!Flag
