| 204 | David Hughes | We need to start lobbying our councillors I have e mailed the MSDC councillors for Leylands ward.
What is happening to our town? Shops going the Football club under threat. Will Burgess Hill be just a bland dormitory town. Get more publicity out about the petition. |

| 208 | Steve Abnett | Please realise the value of a football club to a town. Our old council didn't and then regretted it when the club (Maidstone United) folded. Clubs such as Burgess Hill, who are involved with the community and provide community sports activities and teams should be encouraged and supported, not forced out of the community, or out of existence. Surely an agreement could be reached to benefit everyone. |
| 209 | Pat McCrossan | As a Hastings united fan, we have played Burgess Hill many times. They are a club with a proud tradition, serving their community for over a century.
Mid Sussex District Council should hang their heads in shame for putting money over the needs of the community.
Please reconsider this ludicrous decision. |

Good luck Burgess Hill FC |

| 239 | Roz South | Get a GRIP, Mid Sussex DC! Burgess Hill needs is a thriving football club. So stop trying to kill the one they've already got! |
| 240 | S Parsons | I am the Secretary of a fellow Isthmian League club, Staines Town, and would like to acknowledge the service that Burgess Hill Town FC provides to its local community, and that it is a great advert for the town: our teams have visited Leyland Park on several occasions in recent years, and have always received a warm welcome and been left with the sense of a friendly and well-run club. I know that councils are under pressure to build homes wherever possible, to give people a place to live, but can someone really LIVE in a place if the local amenities have been destroyed? Good luck to BHTFC. |

| 242 | Robert Hudson | You the councill should be ashamed of your selfs kicking football out of the community

| 247 | Allan White | My girl friend and I moved into Maple Drive in 2006 and have never had any problems with the stadium what so ever and we live close to the ground.
We have no interest in football but we are happy to support the the team and encourage youth participation in anything beneficial.
In this area youths hanging about in the streets are a problem but stopping them having a place to go is ludacris.
good luck |
