This is a petition to save Buddy the dog. He was ordered to be killed by the City of Milford, CT. He is represented by an attorney. He was confiscated from his owner and has been in solitary confinement since 10/6/10. His owner is not allowed to visit him but must pay the city $20/day to "house" him. Only his attorney is allowed to visit him. Scott Ellington, the assistant municipal Animal control officer, issued a disposal order on him for being aggressive to other dogs. In seven years he has had 3 incidents - two with the same dog - and one after the babysitter "let" his escape from the house. None of the animals were injured seriously. Please sign this petition to appeal his killing. BUDDY DESERVES TO LIVE IN ANOTHER HOME OR ON A FARM, not be killed. Buddy has lived peacefully with another dog and a cat for 7 years. Thank you.
