How could they say that afterall when his dad died and Deanna was diagnosed with cancer he played & gave his all each game!! The only minds not ready for Brett to come back is the magangement and no one could change their minds, they are stubborn and wanted their "new" team and that was that. Well M,M,& T, don't expect to get to the superbowl this year or anytime soon, because Brett and the team had what it took!! Not your new prettyboy baby. I am a bear fan but a bret favre fan as well I loved waiting for the 2 weeks we played each other everyweek to see who would get the upper hand watching urlacher and brett go at each other was awesome seeing them smile at each other when one bettered the other in a close play. To see how the GBP tried to buy him out and treated him with crap has further showed me why i hate them I dont understand how you would even consider letting this icon go. Even though i am glad on one sense brett is out of the nfc north i am equally sad to see a good human being treated the way he was while he made some mistakes in this and wasnt innocent the packkers owed him alot more then what they gave in the end and i only pray that it comes back to bite them in the end. you dont treat people like this especially special rare ones like Bret and now i have to worry about Bret beating my broncos cant wait for that game but bear packer sunday just wont be the same |

I can't understand why management wasn't man enough to either take you back, or allow you to play for anyone else you want- even the Vikings or Bears- because, sir, you earned your right to call your own shots.
