AnonymousIm a Steeler fan and yet i m rooting for the guy. U people are stupid if u dont take him back as STARTING QB. Let him start or let him go.
dave thomson
Jane HartsockI love the Pack but this is ludicrous! Brett is the best there ever was for the Green Bay Packers. GM Thompson has made some conflicting comments that indicates he has not been completely truthful. I do not see what the issue is? Start him or let him go!
William LondoI am a season ticketholder. I will not attend games this year if Brett is playing for another team.

Anonymousi like aaron but brett still can play at an MVP type level and you have to let him play if he wants to. It is better for the team and brett.
Craig MoratzIf this how you treat a legend, I am not sure that I want to be a Packer fan anymore. Ted you have disgrace the Packer organization and should be removed as GM.
cody tedfordreal packer fans back Favre bc he gives us the best chance to win. all these ppl from other teams or packer fans that don't know football believe Ted Thompson. listen to the experts like Steve Young, Tony Romo, Peyton Manning, Big Ben, Chris M, John madden, Chris berman, jamie dukes, deion sanders, steve m, etc, the guys that really know what it takes.. they know FAVRE is the best for our team. http://www.SaveBrett.net http://www.thepetitionsite.com/1/FIRE-T ED-THOMPSON
brianBring Brett back as a starter.. He has brought back the winning traditon to the pack... get ride of TT
Tom PurdyTo even consider not letting Brett start after all he has done for the Packers and the NFL is blasphamy and if he dont start you will lose a house full of true packer fans
Mary BethBRING HIM BACK!! He does not deserve to be treated this way. Look at what he has done for the Pack!
CaseyI understand both sides of the issue...what if Brett is only good for one more season? Rodgers is a great QB and the future of the team...but he is not as capable as Favre to go deep in the playoffs...let's have one last hurrah!
kelly PurdyBring brett back
Michael GaydosGo Pack Go, stop the madness! Sign Brett! Trade Rodgers!

Zack O'NeillA Southerner's two cents: I am a South Carolinian observing from afar ... but to me, even if you can discount how much Farve means as a leader and icon to the community and team of Green Bay (which you can't), it is insane that a team which just reached the NFC champ game would not try harder to keep their QB, especially after the great year he had! And he is far more than a statistics guy, despite his very strong numbers last year. Brett's indecisiveness is based in part on getting short-sold on a return by "The Current GM," and Packer management should know better than to disrespect and undervalue Farve, especially so publicly! Stick it to 'em Brett! Play some hardball and don't retire, because they will look like fools for keeping you on the bench because they're afraid to upset crybaby Rodgers, who has already disrespected the fans in a way you never did!!!
JonIt's brett's right to come back and play. It may not be the best situation but it is his right to come back. Packers should just trade favre if they don't want him around or make him the starter.
Brian Lundberg1 game away from the superbowl, He has earned the right to play
Anonymous79 people signed this crap! Do you really think this petition will mean anything to the front office? I get it you don't understand football, blindly worship Brett Favre and think that Chris Mortensen has a slight clue at all what he's doing. Yeah, not going to games as a season ticket holder on seats that you already paid for, oooh that'll really teach the Packers organization. Better yet give up your season tickets, I'm on the list and can move up a bit.
Green Bay Packers Front OfficeBret Favre is not a hero. He is a dumb a$$! This is all his fault. He just wants to play somwhere else.

Brett Farve Fan
Brandon KephartBrett is one of the best QB's ever, his passion for the game is always evident when he plays. He deserves to end his career when he wants to, and the after all he has done for the Packers they should give him more respect and name him the starter.
James
Anonymousi'm a bears fan and even i want to see him back. hes a legend. theres no good reason to not bring him back as your starter. if you won't, please trade him to us. lord knows we need a veteran QB.
Tim LeonardEveryone feels bad for Rogers and i dont see why i feel bad for Brett nothing against Rogers i like him and was lookin forward to him playing but if Favre wants to play let him imagine yourself in his shoes after all he did for that team they down want him back who cares what he said in march he deserves to start more than Rogers does Favre has already proven hiself Rogers is the future Favre is the now he wont be there in years to come Rogers will be LET HIM PLAY PLEASE!!!!!!!

AnonymousI have only been an NFL fan for 7 years as I live in Canada and grew up on hockey. However, 70% of my friends are Packers fans and that is because three of them were watching Bret get his first win. That was incredible. Bret Favre is a Packer. For life!
