Name: Timothy Larkin on Oct 21, 2012Comments: This invaluable property holds a special spot in my heart, as it reminds me of my past with Braniff during my employment in the 70's. I hate to see a last vestige of the old Braniff Int'l be wiped out without a trace or a memory. Please save this special piece of aviation history! Sincerely, Timothy J. Larkin, San Francisco, Ca. Name: John Mullis on Oct 21, 2012Comments: What is the point in tearing down a hallmark building that has represented so much in the growth of the city of Dallas? Tens of thousands of folks have been employed here and contributed so much to aviation. Perhaps Dallas could turn this into an aviation museum, especially since aviation owes so much of its growth to the state of Texas. City of Dallas, reconsider this effort to destroy a fine piece of the city's history.Flag

Name: Mollie Wallace Standish on Oct 21, 2012Comments: Please do not tear down this historic building that means so much to those of us who worked there for so many years and that is such a part of the Love Field Scene. Braniff, to my knowledge, now was the only airline named for a person. This building is unique in its design and could easily be adapted for many uses rather than torn down by another greedy developer.Flag

Name: Jeanne Braniff Sonnier on Oct 23, 2012Comments: There are other things for which this historical building can be used. I find it wasteful and irresposible to demolish an historical building without severe cause. The updates shown in the layouts for the building are wonderful and the corportate offices, etc. would definitely be a plus for the area.Flag
