Sarah OwenSave this building it is next to one our two biggest tourist attractions, the Media Museum and the Alhamba, develop it not pull it down, see the Group Save the Odeon on Facebook!! Save our architectural History and boost tourism to fill the hotels and attract business to the many empty office space recentky built. Please listen!!!!
Paul SpringLet`s keep some identity for our great city. I for one would rather it was not lost to industry & religeous places of worship, or am I just "old fashioned"???
AnonymousI find it appaling that we, those who want to save the Bradford Odeon, get nothing but evasive responses and excuses to our enquiries despite making it clear that we are aginst the New Victoria Place development. It is not acceptable.

ScarletThe Odeon has always been there since I can remember. A new hotel has just opened in Bradford (etap) so why we need another is beyond me. This building can not be destroyed.

NannyknowsbestCllrs. Eaton and Greenwood are directors of BCR. We had something similar here some years ago - councillors simply ignoring public opinion for personal gain. This is malfeasance in public office and carries a 10 year prison sentence.

AnonymousThe Odeon should be restored not demolished!
ANTHONY BOURKESave the Odeon!!
Simon RobertshawThe people of Bradford once again having their wishes totally ignored by a tiny minority! Bring back democracy!
ann rileyPlease help us to stop this destruction. Demolition of the Odeon will be the final nail in the coffin for Bradford! It is not a beautiful building, but it is a striking building and compliments the Alhambra perfectly.

Lucy SpaffordI do not feel that openness and honesty with the public is being employed in the dealings with the bradford odeon. Discussions in relation to the decision to be made are not being made public and the public have over the lst few years made it clear time and time again that the loss of this iconic building is not what we want but this is being ignored.

Judy BarracloughBradford needs these historic buildings to reinforce it identity , its always the same old story, tear them down, regrets later
Shaun Williamsoni agree with the above statements, it is a great looking building in its own right, set in the town centre next to the alhambra. Its been there as long as i have been in bradford (all my life) and i think it would serve as a concert hall with conference facilities much better than a "to do" project or a "modern" glass eye sore in the middle of the town centre
roseann fisherleave the Odeon standing and return it to its former glory.

laura langtoni think this building should not be demolished!!! it is and has been a part of bradford for many many years only to be knocked down and probably have flats built there...lets keep a part of bradford origional and not trying to make it like leeds because thats whats trying to happen!!!! leave the odeon where it is!!!
Sarah LawsonStop tearing down what is positive and beautiful about bradford.
