| 751 | John | Save the Odeon. Destroy Bradford Centre Regeneration instead! |
| 752 | Anonymous | Dont even think about it. Idiots. |
| 753 | Carl Watson | I am absolutely flabbergasted how Yorkshire Forward a regional development agency funded by Central Government (i.e. OUR TAX MONEY) does not listen to the views of local people. Also, if Bradford is now the UNESCO city of film, surely it’s famous cinema should be the centre. HOW SHORT SITED OF LOCAL COUNCILLARS NOT BEEN ABLE TO SEE THIS, VERY POOR STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP. |
| 754 | Sharon Doyle | Yet again we are seeing our council not delivering the original promise. The whole episode of the Super Dome at Odsal which never happenned, the Westfield develoment has now sunk with the developer wanting to pull out and now demolition of the Odeon. Shame on Bradford Council, an absolute disgrace. |

| 770 | Stephanie Coulton | I remember going here as a little girl, before it got closed. Bearing in mind im currently only 17. After watching the videos and seeing the photographs taken inside the odean, i got shivers. its looks exactly as i remember it.
It would be such a shame to replace one of bradfords most loved buildings.
Buildings have been replaced in the past with eyesores, or in the case of westfield....nothing.
please dont let this happen again.
LISTEN TO THE PEOPLE. |
| 771 | Andrew Wood | The planning approval for demolition has not followed due process and was made on commercial not planning considerations. The public has been misled on the condition of the building and alternatives have not been considered properly. It is clear that decisions were made "politically" before public consultation and that this was a mock exercise in democracy. the planning decision should be called in and an enquiry raised into the process.

| 779 | Anonymous | Why another hotel? Why would anybody want to visit Bradford in its present state? Save Bradfords last bits of history and bring concerts back to Bradford. The Alambra shows these buildings can be restored and become successful. |

| 786 | Ian C Ellis | Shame on Bradford Council…remember Swan Arcade? The same sort of arcades that still exist in Nottingham, Halifax , Leeds and many other towns and cities! Remember Rawson Market and Kirkgate Market, the real vandals of this sad story are the councillors with no conviction who allow this sort of thing to happen. |
| 787 | Lyndsey-Jane Lupton | |
| 788 | Chris Smith | That building is part of Bradford heritage, By taking it away all your doing is making our city conform with modern design.
WE DONT NEED TO LOOK LIKE EVERYONE ELSE. |

| 792 | Fiona Paterson | The Odeon is a beautiful building and everything should be done to save at least some of the architecture. What a waste. |
| 793 | Natalie Doran | You wouldnt knock the town hall down, so what gives the right to knock the odeon down! |
