| 901 | Nate Graves | I've always wondered where the wild things were. I support Spike! |
| 902 | Meg Gallagher | I believe that after making something it should never be changed, but taken for what it is, and that no one has the power to go back on their work, especially if they signed a contract. |

| 908 | Anonymous | It would be a tragedy to let this movie die. There is an audience ready and willing to pay to see this story come to life. |
| 909 | Cole Webley | I have learned a lot from the work of Mr. Jonze and hope to continue this intellectual journey with "Where The Wild Things Are". As a filmmaker I trust his creative judgement and not the financially driven decisions of a huge corporation such as Warner Bros. |
| 910 | Shane Hagerty | Please keep the Spike Jones version!!! |
| 911 | Bas van Bergen | its a shame, they cant do this |

| 930 | eoin Heaney | Well, Im upset. I really hope this report is not true. |
| 931 | Patrick Pacheco | If, as the writer William Goldman once observed about the film industry--"Nobody knows anything"--why not leave the chance of success--artistic and/or commercial--in the hands of those who are the ones sweating the bullets? |

| 937 | jeff hamada | Please do not throw this film away! The world needs to see it! |
| 938 | gmanual | LEAVE IT BE. plsktnx |
| 939 | Jacob Sawyer | |
| 940 | Arvydas Barzdukas | It is very upsetting, indeed! |
| 941 | Saul Douris | I am very excited about Jonze's version.
If Warner Bros reshoot it I will not be going to see it.
Let alone download it or in fact give a toss about it.
If this goes ahead it will be an encredibly bad decision. Sort it out WB! |
| 942 | Kyle Strash | Please do not re-shoot this film! It is important to maintain the artistic vision of Mr. Sendak as well as Mr. Jonze. There is a reason why this book is a classic children's book. It deals with issues that children need to learn about. It offers a great tool to assist parents in bringing up tough subjects. If a parent feels something is too "mature" for their child, then they should be a good parent and choose not to bring their child to it, not have it dictated to them by a movie studio. Also, if the film is indeed more "mature" then it will have a wide range of appeal: both to children now who are intrigued by the new film as well as adults who grew up adoring the book. Please do not compromise that. Choose to make a truly new great film that is actually for the whole family, not something that is dumbed down with it's edges softened to cash in on parents who substitute "kiddy entertainment" with actual parenting.
Thanks, and I trust you will make a decision that is best for the film, for fans and for Warner Brothers! |
