Many times these programs are the only opportunity this kids/veterans have for a shot at higher education. If we want to save America we must start with educating our young not just our rich young.

    Comments: Upward Bound is an amazing program that works. There are many students in colleges across the nation with the program. I am an alumni of Upward Bound and I'm excelling at Arizona State University. I like that UB is on campus and it is a great resource for me. I see so much potential in the student who are with Upward Bound right now. This is great program.
