Food trucks serve the greater Jersey City community. They add another option to the ordinary mundane food selection, oftentimes a healthier diet and culture. We see no reason why the food trucks should not be allowed to service the residents and workers that want to eat our food each day -- we want to create food vending zones where we are allowed to park without getting forcded out in the middle of service.

If you read closely, All street vendors and their employees will be subject to a criminal background check by the JCPD, a requirement made only for itinerant vendors and not any other food establishment related business. There is no justification for this at all.
