KINGS DRIVE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT, EASTBOURNE, ON LAND KNOWN AS POCOCKS FIELD. We the undersigned call upon East Sussex County Council (ESCC) to release into the Public Domain, ALL of its discussions with the developers ‘Wimpey’. East Sussex County Council (ESCC) say that after discussions with the Developers, Wimpey, they feel that Wimpey’s new draft Transport Assessment and Travel Plan is likely to address their highway concerns! SO WHY IS EAST SUSSEX COUNTY COUNCIL WILLING TO ABANDON POCOCKS FIELD TO DEVELOPERS Is it because they are more confident with Wimpey’s revised Travel Plans and traffic assessments (THEY COULD NOT PROVIDE US WITH ANY DETAILS OF THE PLANS THOUGH!) Or does it comes down to a financial contribution of over half a million pounds that ESCC could make from Wimpey, if the development goes ahead I put this to East Sussex County Council at the planning meeting on the 15th. You can view exactly what I said to them on the discussion board of group's website to Save Pococks Field http://www.facebook.com/group.phpgid=68323387680 Minutes are taken during the meetings with ESCC and Wimpey, and therefore everything that is discussed is recorded. We want to know what negotiations have taken place between ESCC and Wimpey. We therefore call upon East Sussex County Council (ESCC) to release into the Public Domain, ALL of its discussions with the developers ‘Wimpey’. We have a right to know!

N.B. Once you sign the petition your name will appear on the petition. Your email address will not be publicly viewable here online. You do NOT need to make a donation to iPetitions (any donations through here goes to Ipetitions only and unfortunately not towards this campaign).
