We, former, present, and future students, of Port Dover Composite School, want our voices to be heard. We oppose the closing of Port Dovers secondary school facility. We have a right to an education within our towns limits, without being transported to another towns Secondary facility. Bureaucratic decisions do not reflect upon the reality of everyday life. Many extra curricular activities will be lost due to transportation arrangements. These include, educational, sports and club privileges that growing teens should not be deprived of. Transportation time lines that would be invoked would limit, and, or eliminate, a students involvement in these activities.It would cause undue hardship on the people of Port Dover By signing this petition you agree with the above statement.
