Comments: Please do not ruin this beautiful greenspace - the loss of the peace, quiet and serenity enjoyed by so many in this area, both living and dead - would be a tragedy.

Comments: As Toronto's 2nd largest landowner, MPC has more than ample space to provide a Visitation Centre without sacrificing their most ecologically vunerable land and destroying an animal corridor and greenspace. Their Board should respect their own Rules and Regulations as well as the citizens of Toronto and listen to them when you they unanimously vote "no", especially considering they pay no property tax unlike the rest of us.

Comments: Please keep the lands wild. Please consider moving the visitor center into a nearby home or other place that is already-disturbed and unused.

Comments: As a lot owner in Mount Pleasant Cemetery, I strongly object to the insidious moves toward privatization and obsession moneymaking and the distancing of the cemetery group from the non-for-pofit, public service origins whereby the Trust operated the cemetery on behalf of its owners, the citizens of Toronto. Their disregard for the environment and increasing love for paving over greenspaces and cutting down healthy mature trees in favour of ornamental bushes is distressing to Moore Park residents like me who loved the way the cemetery was managed in the past.

Comments: This kind of paving over and running a commercial operation in Mount Pleasant is short sighted. We owe a duty of stewardship to future population to maintain calm green spaces to be used as places of reflection and renewal.
